Our restaurant-quality Commodities NZ Premium Mangrove Lump Charcoal is 100% natural and sustainably sourced. Used widely throughout New Zealand restaurants. Lump Charcoal is very hot burning and has a low ash content, making cleaning up after cooking easy!

This charcoal is ideal for rotisserie-style cooking or for grilling (Hibachi / Yakitori style) as it sears more efficiently and doesn't spark like other charcoals. Mild mellow flavour - not overpowering.

Sizing is between 50mm - 100mm.
